Ronseal 10 Year Woodstain Black Ebony Satin is a 2.5-litre exterior woodstain for wooden doors, windows and other exterior timber around the home. It can be applied straight from the tin without a primer or base coat. The black ebony satin finish is designed to protect wood for 10 years against rain, frost, snow and sunshine.

Features
- Weather protection - Protects exterior wood against rain, frost, snow and sunshine for 10 years.
- Durable finish - Designed not to peel or flake over time.
- Coverage - Each litre covers up to 18m².
- Not for decking - This woodstain is not suitable for use on decking.
How to Apply
- Prepare the wood - Sand stained or varnished wood to remove old varnish, then wipe with white spirit and a clean cloth. For new wood, sand gently to smooth imperfections before wiping with white spirit.
- Mix and test - Stir the tin thoroughly and test the colour on a small area of wood before starting.
- Apply coats - Brush in the direction of the grain. Apply a second coat after 4 hours; a third coat is recommended for a neat finish, with light sanding before it.
- Allow to dry - Leave the third coat to dry for 12 hours. The surface is rainproof after 1 hour.
